Shutters on the Beach is a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and incredible staff. The location is outstanding, but the beach condition and safety issues with homeless individuals nearby significantly detracted from the experience. While the service was exceptional, making it a tough choice to not return, I believe improvements need to be made concerning the surrounding area and the beach cleanliness.
